Group Connection Session

Service Description

During this session you are able to authentically re-connect with yourself and with others. You can share the things you run into in your daily life and see where others can help you. There will be an extensive breath session where you can flow into releasing everything that doesn't serve you (anymore). By undergoing a session in a group, you are not only going through your own process. Breathing is of course super practical, however by just being present and being you. You energetically help the others with their processes as well, just by being there and going through your own.
