Breath & Soul Day Retreat

After two successful previous editions, we, Merel Burger & Rolf Paardekooper, are now organizing this beautiful 1-Day Retreat for the third time.

We got to know each other during our breath coach training 'The Wounded Healer', where we learned to heal from our own wounds. We have literally and figuratively gone through our own wounds to experience healing. It has been an incredibly special inner journey for both of us. Since then, we have truly become “brother & sister from another mister” and have built a beautiful friendship.

What will we do?

We will start the day with a delightful silent walk in Middenduin, a beautiful nature area near Haarlem, where we will experience the power of silence. Step by step, we will come closer to our own nature. We will continue the program upon our return in the light-filled Studio Duinlust, where a connected breath journey will naturally be…
