Silent Walk & Handpan Meditation

Join me for a peaceful experience of a Silent Walk in the forest, followed by a Handpan Meditation. If you have a meditative instrument yourself, please feel free to bring it with you. I'd like to make this a communal gathering where we all participate and share.

Take a moment to connect with nature and yourself by walking together in silence. That's where you'll find true stillness. 

The handpan vibes will finish this refreshing start to your day. 

It's a recurring event and therefor offers multiple opportunities to unwind and find inner peace together.

You only have to bring proper clothing and footwear, maybe a (waterproof) blanket/bag and a bottle of (hot) water.
